Premier Medical Group began operating as a full-service Management Services Organization (MSO) in the South Florida market (Broward, and Palm Beach) in 1998. We are one of the largest, longest-running, continuously successful MSOs in Florida.

We organize networks of Primary Care Physicians (PCPs) to take risk contracts from HMOs for both Medicare and Medicaid membership. We are operated by two former healthcare HMO executives with a combined 50 years of managed care experience.
